An easier 99F post-game dungeon that can be unlocked soon after clearing Stormy Sea.
Apples and berries can be found on the floor, so there isn't a big risk of starvation unlike Silver Trench.
Vitamins that permanently boost stats can be found within the dungeon's walls, similar to Unown Relic.
However, Apple Traps can be generated, so avoid carrying a loose Mobile Scarf in your Toolbox.
Mew can very rarely be encountered on 40, 60, 70, 90, or 98F until it's been recruited.
There are boss fights on 15F (Regirock), 25F (Regice), and 35F (Registeel).

HP, PP, and sticky items are restored on 15, 25, and 35F even after you've recruited the bosses.
Ditto (Strong Foe) is often shiny when it's disguised as an item - Orbs on the ground are always Ditto.
The fainted Pokemon list includes many Pokemon that are exclusive to level reset dungeons in the wild.
For some reason, late game enemies also appear on 50-51F, giving you a chance to recruit them early.

Boss Strategy

Regirock (1368 HP) - Rock Throw / Ancient Power / Bulldoze / Stomp

• Only has close range attacks, so 4 tile Grass or Water type moves are great against it.

Regice (1468 HP) - Icy Wind / Amnesia / Charge Beam / Stomp

• Icy Wind is a 4 tile move, so consider using a Pounce Wand or Surround Wand to rush it down.
• Amnesia raises Sp. Def by 2 stages, so physical attacks are best against it.

Registeel (1568 HP) - Metal Claw / Curse / Iron Defense / Stomp

• Only has close range attacks, but can boost its Defense and Attack stats.
• Iron Defense raises Defense by 2 stages, so special attacks are best against it.
