Status Conditions

Overview

Status conditions are states that affect a character's behavior in various ways.
Most status conditions besides "Normal" can be categorized as positive, neutral, or negative.
Eating a Peach Bun or reverting from Morphed status cures all status conditions.

TiptoeFloorNoneFootsteps do not make any noise. Coming in and out of the room or standing adjacent to monsters with Napping status will not wake them up.
SumoOtherNoneWeight gain that increases Max HP and Attack Power. Negates items and effects that force movement, and crushes Traps underfoot without triggering them. Fullness decreases faster, and at 120 or less, Sumo status is removed, and Max Fullness decreases by 5.
MorphedOtherNoneA monstrous transformation. Can use the monster's abilities. Transforming or reverting removes all other status effects. The transformation can be canceled at any time from the menu.
Hypnotized2 turnsGazer ShieldUnder a monster's control. Attacks in erratic directions, removes equipment randomly, and uses inventory items at whim.
