Traps

Overview

  • Traps are found on the ground and activate when stepped on.
    • They generally apply a negative effect, but some can be utilized to your advantage.
  • Traps are normally hidden, and are revealed when you step on them or do a normal attack above them.
    • They become visible if you eat Seewell Grass or equip a Trapper's Bracelet.
    • Spring Traps needed to escape item islands are always visible.

3 Poison Arrow Trap Player Shoots Poison Arrow at you from the left. Causes a little damage if it hits and decreases Strength by 1.

4 Rock Trap Player Unleashes a rockslide, which deals 16-20 damage.

11 Spinning Trap Player Inflicts you with Confused status, causing your movement and attack directions to become random.

21 Rotting Trap Player Causes all the Food you have to rot. Food inside Pot will not rot. When inflicted with Onigiri status, stepping on this will make you rot and collapse.
