How Grasses Work
- Use a grass or seed item to apply the item's effect to Shiren.
- In addition, all grass and seed items replenish 5 fullness.
- Throw a grass or seed item at a creature to apply the item's effect to that creature.

for the main story bosses if you're struggling to defeat them.
